We are partnering with a high-growth, B2B SaaS organisation to appoint an Interim Director of Revenue Operations. This is a senior, business‑critical role supporting a commercial leadership team during a key phase of scale, transformation, and operational maturity.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the end‑to‑end revenue engine, aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive predictable growth, improved forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and optimise the full RevOps function across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Drive the commercial function and provide commercial insights to the business
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance insights for senior stakeholders
- Partner closely with CRO, CFO, and functional leaders to support strategic decision‑making
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks and implement pragmatic, high‑impact improvements at pace
- Oversee CRM and revenue tech stack optimisation (e.g. Salesforce and complementary tools)
- Support commercial planning, territory design, capacity modelling, and quota setting
- Bring clarity and structure during a period of growth, change, or transition
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a RevOps Director / Head of Revenue Operations within SaaS
- Deep expertise across revenue forecasting, CRM strategy, reporting, and analytics
- Confidence working at C‑suite level and influencing senior stakeholders
- Hands‑on capability combined with strategic oversight
