We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Director who can lead and optimize the entire revenue operations ecosystem across sales, customer success, marketing operations, and business analytics. This is not just a reporting role. You will shape operational strategy, improve revenue workflows, and create scalable systems that directly impact company growth and customer retention.
You will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales teams, customer support managers, and technical stakeholders to align operational processes with long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate understands how to turn data into action while building operational structures that improve efficiency across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations Strategy:
Develop and execute operational strategies that improve revenue performance, forecasting accuracy, customer retention, and cross-functional collaboration.
Systems Optimization:
Manage and improve CRM systems, reporting dashboards, sales automation workflows, and operational processes across multiple business units.
Leadership and Team Development:
Lead and mentor operations specialists, analysts, and cross-functional support teams. Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
Analyze operational and revenue performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements that support business growth.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT leadership to align operational goals and improve organizational efficiency.
Process Improvement:
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions that enhance productivity, customer experience, and revenue generation.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Commercial Strategy, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Operational Expertise:
Strong understanding of CRM platforms, workflow automation, forecasting models, KPI reporting, and operational performance management.
Leadership Skills:
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced technology, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service environments.
Technical Skills:
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Power BI, Tableau, or similar enterprise reporting and automation tools is highly preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. You can confidently present operational strategies and performance insights to executive leadership.

You are analytical, solution-oriented, and highly organized. You know how to balance strategic planning with operational execution while maintaining a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
Pay: £7,300.00-£7,600.00 per month
