A global leader in commercial manufacturing is seeking a highly experienced
Senior Executive Assistant to support their Chief Financial Officer. This role sits at the center of the Finance and Legal leadership teams and requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The individuals will ensure the seamless operation of executive offices by managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, overseeing expenses, and maintaining highly confidential information with discretion.
Senior Executive Assistant Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CFO and General Counsel, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics
- Prepare executives for meetings by organizing presentations, reports, and briefing materials
- Manage daily communications, including screening calls, drafting correspondence, and handling sensitive inquiries
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and maintain detailed itineraries
- Manage travel scheduling associated with corporate aviation and coordinate with aircraft management teams
- Process executive expense reports through Concur, ensuring timely and accurate submission
- Coordinate vendors and service providers supporting Finance and Legal offices, including facilities, security, and office services
- Maintain confidential departmental records, schedules, and documentation
- Supervise front desk operations and receptionist coverage to maintain a professional office environment
- Collaborate with other executive assistants across the organization to ensure consistent executive support and coverage
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support executive events, corporate activities, and additional special projects as needed
Senior Executive Assistant Experience
- Associate degree required
- 5–7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment; experience supporting a CFO or leader in finance strongly preferred
- Experience in accounting, finance, manufacturing, or banking environments preferred
- Experience supporting board meetings or executive-level events
- Compensation: $90k-$100k annually
