Job Title: Sales Operations / Inside Sales Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a smart, driven Sales Operations / Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team and drive revenue through lead qualification, follow-ups, and process coordination. This role is ideal for energetic freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in fintech or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the field sales team
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Follow up with prospects regularly and ensure timely closure support
- Coordinate between sales, operations, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance metrics
- Support sales campaigns and product launches
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in inside sales / sales operations (Fintech experience is a plus)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Comfortable with targets and fast-paced sales environments
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Excel
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
