You will architect the AI-powered go-to-market engine for a scaling cybersecurity startup. Sitting at the intersection of systems engineering and RevOps, you will build automated infrastructure that sales, finance, and leadership rely on. This role is about replacing manual processes with sophisticated AI agents, signal-based outbound workflows, and scalable HubSpot architecture.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary HubSpot architect, owning the data model, custom objects, and complex integration layers across the entire revenue tech stack.
- Build and maintain signal-based outbound systems in Clay and Instantly, designing AI workflows that automate account research, deal briefings, and renewal alerts.
- Write custom scripts and leverage APIs/webhooks to automate data transforms and CRM hygiene routines that no-code tools cannot handle alone.
The ideal candidate
- 4 to 7+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Engineering with deep expertise in HubSpot administration and sophisticated data model design.
- Expert-level proficiency in Clay and automation platforms like Tines or Zapier, with a proven track record of building high-ROI automated workflows.
- Strong technical foundation with SQL fluency and API integration experience, capable of interrogating pipeline data and debugging cross-system syncs independently.
