I am partnering with a high-growth, post-scale stage technology company expanding from a single established vertical into multiple new industry verticals. Each new vertical requires a fully built RevOps foundation before launch, including pipeline design, funnel instrumentation, forecasting, reporting, and incentive structures for a two-sided marketplace.
You will own building that foundation from day one for each new vertical, ensuring every launch starts with a fully functioning operating system rather than being retrofitted after scale begins.
About the role:
Working module: 5 days On-site
Visa sponsorship: Available
Responsibilities:
- Build and standardise the RevOps architecture that each new vertical inherits at launch, including CRM structure, pipeline stages, forecasting models, and reporting cadence
- Partner with vertical leadership to instrument full-funnel tracking from day one and ensure reliable, high-quality revenue and marketplace data
- Design and iterate incentive and compensation structures for both sides of the marketplace as each vertical scales from early stage to maturity
- Own RevOps execution during vertical launches, including system setup, integrations, dashboards, attribution logic, and liquidity reporting
- Define what is standardised across all verticals versus what remains flexible, and document frameworks to accelerate future launches
Requirements:
- 3–7 years of experience in revenue operations, growth operations, or GTM systems, ideally in 0→1 or early-stage expansion environments
- Experience building RevOps infrastructure from scratch in new product lines, markets, or vertical launches
- Strong understanding of incentive design and compensation structures (e.g., quotas, commissions, performance-based models)
- Experience working in marketplace or multi-sided business models, with exposure to both supply and demand funnels
- Hands-on CRM expertise (e.g., Salesforce) including configuration, workflows, reporting, and data structure design
- Strong SQL skills with ability to own data models and build scalable, self-serve dashboards
