Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Trainee to support sales training and partner capability development initiatives across Pan India. The incumbent will work closely with KAMs and Sales Teams to coordinate training calendars, identify business and process gaps, and ensure seamless execution of training programs. The role involves stakeholder coordination, training content support, LMS alignment, and operational execution to drive business effectiveness. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel across India is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive sales training calendar in collaboration with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Sales Owners.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across partner channels to identify critical capability gaps, behavioral interventions, and process improvement areas.
- Develop and manage training budgets for classroom, virtual, and onsite training programs while ensuring cost optimization and effectiveness.
- Create high-impact training content, sales enablement modules, presentations, and learning material in simplified and engaging formats.
- Drive end-to-end execution of training initiatives including onboarding, product training, sales capability enhancement, and refresher programs.
- Ensure seamless availability and effectiveness of e-learning content and maintain alignment with the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance learning adoption, training participation, and sales productivity.
- Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel extensively across India to conduct trainings, engage with partners, and support business capability development initiatives.
