Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational and administrative tasks
- Streamline internal business processes and workflows
- Coordinate internal and external communications effectively
- Assist with business development activities, including market research and lead generation
- Support project coordination and ensure smooth execution of ongoing tasks
- Collaborate closely with the CEO on strategic and operational responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and operational management abilities
- Proficiency in office management and collaboration tools such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
- Comfortable using or learning lead generation and business research tools
- Strong multitasking and project coordination capabilities
- Knowledge of the film/media production industry is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
