A highly respected 20-year real estate development and investment firm is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

This organization has built a strong reputation developing and owning transformational multi-use, retail, commercial, and multi-family real estate projects and is entering its next phase of growth and capital expansion.

As CFO, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO and act as the financial architect behind the company’s long-term growth strategy, capital markets initiatives, and institutional relationships.

IDEAL BACKGROUND:

▪ 15+ years of senior financial leadership within a real estate development or investment organization

▪ Extensive experience with capital stack structuring across commercial and multi-family developments

▪ Deep understanding of debt/equity markets, institutional lending, and capital markets strategy

▪ Proven success leading finance, accounting, treasury, and investor relations functions

▪ Executive presence with strong communication and board-level presentation skills

▪ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
