Your Impact:
Join our New Business Quoting Operations Team and be part of a dynamic environment that manages operational processes and systems supporting our customers, partners, routes-to-market, and business groups. This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting sales by delivering accurate, buildable, legal, and orderable quotes.
What the role offers:
- Acquiring advanced job skills, including a deep understanding of processes, tools, and systems related to configuration and quotation processes.
- Developing cross-functional expertise in the end-to-end selling cycle process.
- Providing exceptional support to the sales team, acting as the key point of contact for configuration and quotation requests for value products and services, as well as collaborating with other functions and teams to increase speed and accuracy, and actively participating in deal coordinator activities.
- Handling medium to complex configurations and quotations, ensuring accurate technical aspects and system part components availability.
- Reviewing and approving quotes, ensuring that approved prices are reflected in official customer quotations.
- Anticipating and addressing questions and issues, proposing long-term solutions, and providing technical consultancy.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a configuration and quotation position.
- Technical background with experience in software applications, hardware products, network and infrastructure solutions.
- Fluent English knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality outputs.
- Ability to work independently with limited external help as well as the ability to work under pressure.
- Continuous improvement mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance processes and performance.
