About Flagright:
Flagright is the AI operating system for financial crime compliance used globally by Fortune 500 companies, large banks, fintechs, and fast growing startups. Flagright enables real-time risk detection, automated investigations, and intelligent decisioning, helping compliance teams operate at their full potential in the fight against financial crime.
We operate as a lean, high-performance team with high individual ownership and direct access to leadership.
The Role
The Sr RevOps Analyst will play a crucial role as Flagright scales. You will own the systems, data, and analysis that make our global revenue org predictable, from the CRM data model through process design and commissions.
People who thrive at Flagright:
- Have been knocked down before and gotten back up
- Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available
- Have strong opinions and can defend them
- Are hungry to learn & contribute
- Want to work with no-BS people
People who struggle here:
- Need extensive hand-holding
- View high expectations as “unreasonable”
- Expect strict 9 to 6 boundaries
- Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection
- Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities
Key Responsibilities:
- Own HubSpot end to end: pipeline stages, properties, objects and associations, ownership and routing rules, permission scoping, deduplication, and data quality.
- Enforce pipeline hygiene. Define the standard for what a clean record looks like, monitor it continuously, build automation, chase down stale deals and missing fields, and hold reps accountable to it
- Build and maintain the reporting layer the revenue team runs on, covering pipeline coverage, stage conversion, cycle length, win rates by segment and source, and rep activity against outcomes
- Maintain digital sales room automations and keep them updates on an ongoing basis including their design and content
- Design and automate the revenue process: deal handoff criteria, entry and exit criteria for every pipeline stage, SLA definition and enforcement, territory and account assignment logic
- Own commission calculation for the sales team; run the monthly cycle accurately and on time, and resolve disputes with data
- Experience using AI tooling to automate tasks & build RevOps related workflows
- Present pipeline and performance insights to management with automated & ad-hoc reports
Who we are looking for:
- Based in Bangalore this is an in office position
- 4+ years in sales operations or revenue operations in B2B SaaS
- Hands-on HubSpot experience. You have configured it, not just used it: custom properties, workflows, associations, permission sets, reporting, and integrations. Salesforce-only backgrounds are not a fit for this role
- Background at a Series A to C stage scale-up. You have lived through at least one phase of rapid headcount growth and seen sales processes break and get rebuilt. You know the difference between a process that works at 8 reps and one that works at 40.
- Moderate coding skills (JavaScript and Python)
- Builder's mindset. Comfortable with ambiguity, first-principles thinking, and shipping process before it is perfect
- Experience in and willingness to own and maintain digital sales room tooling on an ongoing basis
- Excellent written English. Much of this role is documentation & process design that other people have to follow
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, commerce, or business.
What we offer:
- Ownership of the revenue operating system at a fast-scaling company
- Product with clear, real-world differentiation
- High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement
- Get equity from day 1 at a Y Combinator startup
- Work alongside a highly competent, top-tier team, including professionals from Y Combinator, ex AWS, and Palantir
- Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture
