Job Summary
Advance Dental Export Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial operations, planning, compliance, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial leadership, business acumen, and experience in manufacturing or export-oriented industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting.
- Manage company financial operations including cash flow, profitability, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Oversee accounting, taxation, GST, audits, statutory filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor cost controls, operational efficiency, and financial performance.
- Support export finance operations and foreign exchange management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and reporting processes.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3–8 years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare or export-oriented businesses preferred.
- Strong understanding of taxation, compliance, financial planning, and business finance.
