Job Summary
The Revenue Operations Specialist will support critical business functions across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented person who thrives with technology, process, solving challenges and go-to-market execution.
Duties
- Execute and optimize daily operational processes to support internal teams and customers
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate data and documentation across platforms, systems, and tools
- Draft and refine reports, presentations, proposals and pricing for customers
- Partner with Sales on research, reporting, pricing and follow-up
- Support regulatory research and market insights for both internal strategy and client-facing updates
- Support technology platforms for accuracy and data maintenance of customers
- Troubleshoot issues, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations (internships included)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Excel); familiarity with CRM, Hubspot and online platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in energy, consulting, or professional services a plus
-Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business administration, technology, or related field preferred
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
