As we scale across multiple cities and verticals, we are looking for a sharp, hands-on finance leader to own the financial backbone of the business — someone who can build systems, drive collections, manage working capital, and give the promoters clear visibility into business performance at all times.
Location: Nashik (Occasional travel: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Aurangabad)

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik for an experienced Deputy Chief Financial Officer. The Deputy CFO will collaborate with the leadership team to drive financial strategy, oversee financial planning and analysis, manage the preparation of financial statements, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising financial reporting, performing financial forecasting, managing budgets, conducting in-depth data analysis, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance profitability and cost-efficiency. The Deputy CFO will also assist with operational and risk management strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
1. Financial Control & Reporting
• Own monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow across all business verticals
• Deliver timely, accurate MIS reporting directly to the promoters
• Manage statutory compliance — GST, TDS, ROC, and income tax filings
• Coordinate with CA firm for audits, assessments, and regulatory requirements
2. Working Capital Management
• Drive debtor aging discipline, collections follow-up, and credit limit management
• Manage creditor payments — supplier terms, overdue resolution, and reconciliations
• Own banking relationships — CC/OD limits, renewal, and covenant compliance
• Monitor and optimise cash flow across all distribution operations
3. Commercial Finance
• Track company-wise and product-line profitability across 100+ pharma and device principals
• Validate pricing, analyse margins, and manage scheme accounting
• Calculate sales incentives and commission structures for field teams
• Support tender cost sheets and commercial negotiations
4. Team & Systems
• Supervise billing, accounts, and back-office finance teams
• Drive ERP discipline across branches
• Build SOPs and financial controls for multi-location distribution operations
• Identify and close gaps in financial processes proactively
Candidate Profile
Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance with 8–12 years of relevant experience
Industry: Prior experience in pharma or medical devices distribution strongly preferred
Technical: Strong command of GST, working capital management, and banking operations
Exposure: Comfortable managing multi-entity, multi-location businesses
Approach: Hands-on and detail-oriented — not just supervisory
Location: Nashik-based or willing to relocate
