Pluno is building the first fully autonomous AI customer support team
Pluno handles every customer interaction, escalates intelligently, and asks the right people for help when needed. We’re already answering >1 Million customer questions a year across brands like Lovable, Scroll, and Dune. Now we’re expanding beyond communities into product support.
We’re a Silicon Valley-style startup operating from Munich. We’re not building tools. We’re replacing full support teams to achieve 10x outcomes. We were working on our chatbot using RAG before the launch of ChatGPT, which put us in a great position and allows us to stay ahead of the curve. We’re a team of highly motivated and ambitious individuals with >70% having an engineering background, having raised a €2.8M seed round from leading investors.
Your mission
As a Founder’s Associate at our young startup, you’ll be at the frontline of getting our product into the hands of the right people. You’ll craft smart outreach campaigns, lead sharp discovery calls, qualify high-potential leads, and guide them straight into our trial experience.
You’ll work closely with our CEO Alex to determine our strategy, run experiments, and figure out the best GTM strategies to grow Pluno towards unicorn status. This is the perfect role for anyone who’s ambitious and wants to work with the latest tech to have huge impact in a fast-growing startup, whilst always pushing the limits of using AI in our processes.
Your Day-to-Day
- Experiment with different outbound campaigns, including generating lead lists and reaching out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book discovery calls.
- Lead & participate in discovery calls and set up a shared communication channel.
- Take ownership & try out new growth channels.
- Track every pipeline step and keep improving conversion rates.
- Use AI to the upmost extent to give us leverage across everything you do. Collaborate on making our internal work processes AI-native, always exploring what’s possible with the current state of AI.
Your profile
- Study degree in Business, Management or a related field.
- Ideally first working experience in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Hands-on mentality together with an attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluent German and English skills.
- Be located in Munich, Germany or willing to relocate. We’re working on-site. The first few interviews can be done remotely. In the final stage, we will work one day onsite together.
