Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Operations & Lead Management Specialist. In this position, you will manage and optimize sales operations processes, track and analyze key metrics for performance improvement, and oversee lead management systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategic initiatives, maintaining CRM data accuracy, and identifying areas for process enhancement to drive efficiencies and growth.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Sales Operations, CRM management, and process optimization
Experience in Lead Generation, Lead Management, and Sales Pipeline tracking
Proficient in Data Analysis and Metrics Tracking
Strong proficiency in Sales Tools and CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
Proficient communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Experience in SaaS or procurement technology is a plus

What We’re Looking For

Experience in Sales Ops, Lead Ops, RevOps support, or similar role
Strong experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Experience using lead generation/enrichment tools such as: Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar outbound tools
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and sales data
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify actionable insights
