Your Role
As a Sales Director, you will lead a team of experienced sales professionals focused on positioning Oracle Communications solutions in the marketplace. You will bring energy, strategic thinking, and leadership to help your team drive customer success and business growth.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and coach a high-performing sales team
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to navigate complex sales cycles
- Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships
- Drive pipeline growth, forecasting accuracy, and business results
- Inspire and develop talent while fostering a collaborative, team-selling culture
What You Will Do
- Lead, develop, and empower your sales team to achieve business objectives
- Prioritize resources and opportunities to maximize business impact
- Champion the “Why Oracle” story and articulate the value of Oracle’s unified, multi-pillar solutions
- Build trusted client relationships and strengthen customer engagement with the Oracle brand
- Create and execute strategic sales and business development initiatives
- Drive pipeline generation and accelerate revenue growth
- Remove obstacles and support your team’s success throughout the sales cycle
- Establish relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Travel approximately 25–50% as needed to support customer engagements and team activities

- Demonstrated sales leadership, initiative, collaboration, and sound business judgment
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven success managing enterprise sales teams and selling into large, complex accounts
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and navigating sophisticated buying environments
- Strong ability to qualify opportunities, solve customer challenges, and deliver positive business outcomes

Responsibilities
Manages and develops a team of sales representatives including recruiting, hiring, and training new reps on the Oracle sales process. May manage a Regional Manager or Branch Manager. Sells and promotes the sales of Oracle products to customers including negotiating price, other concessions and terms and conditions of the sale. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with license, consulting and education field managers in the respective territory to develop joint account plans. Develops and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue. Generates and achieves monthly territory forecasts, and accurately predicts revenue on a monthly basis. Manages escalation. Conducts weekly progress meetings with sales team.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $122,200 - $270,800 per year. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45 / 55.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
