Role Overview
This is a business-critical leadership track role focused on strengthening execution rigor, operational discipline, forecasting systems, and revenue operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities
Revenue Operations & Sales Execution
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance
Track targets vs achievements across teams and business verticals
Drive sales execution discipline and operational accountability
Build strong pipeline visibility and forecasting mechanisms
Analyze lead flow, conversion ratios, productivity, and revenue trends
MIS, Reporting & Business Intelligence
Create and manage leadership dashboards and MIS reports
Develop structured reporting systems and operational review formats
Support leadership with data-backed business insights and analytics
Monitor business KPIs and operational performance metrics
CRM Governance & Operational Discipline
Drive CRM hygiene, reporting accuracy, and process compliance
Improve operational workflows and lead management systems
Standardize reporting formats, SOPs, and review mechanisms.
Build scalable operational systems to support business growth.
Cross-Functional Business Execution
Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Client Success, and Operations teams
Ensure timely execution of key business priorities and initiatives
Track action-point closures and review outcomes
Improve organizational efficiency through structured follow-up systems
Business Planning & Operational Excellence
Identify operational leakages and execution gaps
Support leadership in forecasting, planning, and business reviews
Contribute towards building a process-driven and scalable organization
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for professionals with:
8–15 years of relevant experience post MBA
Strong exposure to Business Operations / Revenue Operations / Sales Operations
Experience in high-growth, execution-focused organizations
Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting capabilities
Excellent follow-up and execution discipline
High ownership mindset with leadership maturity
Ability to work closely with founders and senior leadership teams
Preferred Industry Backgrounds
