Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle CPQ Developer to join our enterprise technology team Texas. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle CPQ development, integrations, pricing configuration, and enterprise sales processes. This role requires strong technical capabilities in BML scripting, CPQ Commerce, Configuration, Document Engine, and API integrations, along with leadership experience managing and mentoring small technical teams.

The candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting scalable Oracle CPQ solutions integrated with enterprise platforms including Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle ERP.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle CPQ solutions and integrations with enterprise applications and platforms
Develop custom Oracle CPQ solutions using:
BML
BMQL
JavaScript
HTML
CSS
Configure and maintain:
Product configurators
Pricing rules
Discounting logic
Commerce workflows
Approval processes
Quote management workflows
Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations using middleware technologies
Integrate Oracle CPQ with:
Salesforce
SAP
Oracle ERP
Internal enterprise applications
Translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ functionality, integration, and performance issues
Participate in release management, deployments, testing, and patch upgrades
Manage and recommend required adjustments during Oracle CPQ patch releases
Lead code reviews and enforce development best practices
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to the team
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and project managers
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning activities
