Responsibilities:

Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

Oversee accounting, treasury, cash flow, and financial reporting functions

Partner with operational leadership to improve profitability and efficiency

Support capital planning, investment analysis, and strategic initiatives

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and reporting requirements

Develop actionable financial insights for executive leadership

Lead and mentor finance and accounting teams

Drive process improvement and financial transparency initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
-
CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred
-
6+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
-
Multi-entity or multi-unit operational finance experience required
-
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting expertise
-
Experience leading finance teams within complex organizations

Exceptional communication and executive partnership abilities
