We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and reporting functions. - Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to promote sustainable growth and profitability
- Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), and ASC 606 standards
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes to inform strategic decision-making and optimize resource allocation
- Manage treasury functions such as cash flow management, risk analysis, and liquidity planning to support operational needs
- Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements and maintain compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations), and other relevant frameworks
- Supervise risk management initiatives across financial operations, including risk assessment related to mergers & acquisitions, market analysis, and cost control measures
- Oversee revenue cycle management, profit & loss analysis, expense management, cost management, and supply chain finance to maximize organizational efficiency
- Lead the development of financial models for business development opportunities and strategic planning initiatives
- Manage internal controls related to financial software systems and oversee audit processes for both governmental and non-profit accounting environments
- Collaborate with senior leadership on corporate finance strategies, including negotiations for mergers & acquisitions and other business development activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior financial leadership roles with extensive supervisory experience in managing finance teams
- Strong expertise in financial concepts such as revenue management, fiscal management, cost control, and risk analysis
- Deep knowledge of accounting standards including GAAP, IFRS, IAS, ASC 606, COSO frameworks, and tax accounting principles
- Demonstrated ability in financial modeling, forecasting, business analysis, and strategic planning within complex organizations
- Experience with financial software systems used for enterprise resource planning (ERP) and reporting purposes
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial reports and provide clear insights for decision-making
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with effective communication abilities for stakeholder engagement at all levels
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; advanced certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred
- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus; relevant experience in non-profit or public sector finance is highly desirable

Pay: $114,480.54 - $137,869.03 per year
