Position Overview
The Revenue Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing and scaling the operational infrastructure that supports Proteus’ revenue organization. This role oversees CRM systems, reporting architecture, forecasting, workflow automation, pipeline visibility, and cross-functional operational alignment.
The ideal candidate combines systems thinking, business analytics, operational strategy, and process optimization to drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own CRM architecture, workflow management, and data integrity processes. Design and optimize scalable revenue operations workflows. Build dashboards and reporting systems for pipeline, forecasting, and operational visibility. Analyze conversion metrics, sales performance, and operational bottlenecks. Improve forecasting methodologies and reporting cadence for leadership. Standardize SOPs and operational processes across revenue-generating departments. Align sales, marketing, onboarding, and customer success workflows. Support integrations involving ERP systems, POS platforms, billing systems, and reporting infrastructure. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual operational workload. Maintain operational accuracy across pipeline stages, attribution, and reporting structures.
Qualifications
Three to seven or more years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or operational analytics. Strong CRM experience, preferably Salesforce administration or workflow management. Advanced Excel and reporting skills. Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker preferred. Strong understanding of SaaS metrics including pipeline velocity, CAC,
LTV, and conversion rates. SQL, API integration, or automation experience is a plus. Strong systems-thinking and operational problem-solving abilities.
