Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, business planning, or a structured management consulting environment.
- Experience owning planning projects, including scoping, resource coordination, and cross-functional work stream integration.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading, accountability-setting, and providing ongoing coaching or mentorship to a team of professionals to drive collective business outcomes.
- Experience organizing and designing regional business cadences and operational consistency to improve sales productivity.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive productivity and innovation in planning workflows, in alignment with responsible AI principles.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to persuade executive leaders, manage high-pressure objections, and deliver structured narratives.
- Knowledge of Google’s differentiated product suite, go-to-market strategies, and how to map internal systems and company-wide processes to regional goals.

Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of the EMEA Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy through key pillars across the Annual Planning process, including customer segmentation, territory design and quota cascade, to ensure alignment between Global GTM & EMEA localized strategy.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the EMEA Sales and Operations (S&O) team and Sales leadership by structuring, analyzing, and communicating complex business challenges and delivering actionable sales planning insights that directly influence executive-level decision making on the prioritization of key growth opportunities.
- Identify and implement best practices to standardize key sales planning processes and GTM workstreams across markets in EMEA.
- Execute on key operational processes related to the implementation of EMEA GTM strategy through annual planning and in-year processes.
