Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization, ensuring financial health, compliance, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing strategies for financial growth, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehradun, requiring strong leadership and strategic decision-making to align financial performance with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and creating comprehensive Financial Statements
- Strong Finance and Analytical Skills to evaluate financial decisions and implement strategies effectively
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide financial teams and collaborate cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA/CPA/MBA in Finance is preferred
- 10 years of relevant financial management experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
- Proficient in financial software and tools
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
