Job Description
The
Senior Sales Operations Analyst serves as a process and content expert. This customer-facing role partners with Sales Account Managers to provide prospect and customer information, supports revenue generation for new and existing clients through multiple channels, and ensures efficient order management and on-time delivery to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Customer Management
- Act as the primary sales operational point of contact for assigned key customers.
- Partner closely with Sales Account Managers to manage day-to-day account activity.
- Build strong relationships with customer test engineering, procurement, and operations teams.
- Provide proactive communication on order status, lead times, and supply commitments.
Forecast Management & Demand Alignment
- Working jointly with the Sales Account Manager to manage customer demand forecasts to drive forecast accuracy and consistency through regular customer engagement.
- Align customer forecasts with internal capacity planning, wafer starts, and test demand.
- Partner with Planning to translate forecasts into executable build plans.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and support sales activities.
Order Management & Execution
- Own end-to-end order management for probe cards from PO through shipment.
- Support or execute order entry, ensuring accuracy of: Part numbers / configurations, delivery dates, customer-specific requirements, manage backlog Part numbers / configurations, and ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal build schedules.
On-Time Delivery & Supply Chain Coordination
- Drive on-time delivery performance for all assigned accounts.
- Partner with Planning and Supply Chain to manage capacity constraints, long lead-time materials, build and qualification timelines, Capacity constraints, long lead-time materials, Build and qualification timelines, Monitor and communicate risks to delivery commitments, and Lead cross-functional escalation to resolve supply or production issues.
New Product Introduction (NPI) / Design Support
- Support new probe card design activity from engineering release through production ramp.
- Coordinate across Sales, Engineering, and Operations on Customer qualifications, First silicon / first article timelines, Design iterations and revisions.
- Track NPI milestones and ensure readiness for volume production.
- Align customer expectations with internal development and manufacturing timelines.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the central coordination point across departments.
- Participate in regular account reviews, supply/demand calls, and production meetings.
- Drive alignment to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Supply Chain in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
- Experience supporting key accounts in semiconductor, wafer test, or related industries strongly preferred.

Pay Range
$115,800.00 - $151,935.00
Pay Range Explained
This role in Sacramento, California pays between $115,800.00 and $151,935.00 per year, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations. We offer a full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) with company match, employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), and paid time off. You’ll also be eligible for quarterly profit-sharing bonuses and flexible spending or savings accounts.
