As Go-to-Market Engineer (m/f/d), you'll design, build and own the automation infrastructure that makes our Commercial team faster, sharper and more scalable. You'll work directly with Phillip (Head of Sales), along with our Account Executive, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to identify the highest-leverage bottlenecks in our GTM motion and systematically eliminate them through intelligent automation.
Your work will translate directly into more pipeline, higher conversion rates and more customers served, without growing headcount proportionally.
You'll have direct access to Pascal (CEO) and full ownership of your roadmap. This is a role for someone who builds with conviction, documents what they create and thinks about scalability from day one.

Lead Sourcing & Scoring: Build automated systems to identify, enrich and prioritize leads that match our ICP. So our BDRs and AEs spend time on the right accounts, not research.

Multi-Touch Campaign Infrastructure: Partner with Marketing to design and automate smarter inbound and outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn and beyond.

Funnel Optimization: Integrate signals from calls, emails and product interactions into HubSpot to surface conversion insights and help AEs act on them faster.

CRM Automation: Build flows that continuously update deal information (e.g. MEDDICC fields) from all customer interactions, eliminating manual data entry after calls.

Deal Review Automation: Automate the preparation and analysis of deal reviews so Phillip and the AEs walk into every session with structured insights.

Seller Support: Develop AI-powered tooling that supports AEs with follow-up emails, call preparation, objection handling and other high-frequency tasks.

Playbook Development: Automate the processing of call transcripts to continuously extract winning patterns and feed them back into our sales playbooks.

CS Automation: In close coordination with Luke (Head of CS), identify and automate recurring Customer Success tasks, with scope to be defined collaboratively.

2+ years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, GTM Engineering or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

End-to-end builder: You've built and shipped automation workflows from scratch. You're comfortable with tools like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot workflows or similar.

AI-native mindset: You actively use LLMs in your workflows and know how to prompt, chain and deploy them reliably in production contexts.

CRM fluency: Strong HubSpot experience is a must. You understand data models, pipelines and how to maintain a clean CRM at scale.

Commercial intuition: You understand how sales and CS teams work, what slows them down, what good looks like and how to build tools they'll actually adopt.

Structured problem solver: You break ambiguous problems into clear systems and document what you build with scalability in mind.

Communication: Fluent English is required; German is a strong plus for working with the broader team and understanding customer context.
