Job summery
We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations, budgeting, compliance, and financial planning activities. The candidate will play a key role in financial decision-making, risk management, and business growth support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow reports
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and statutory regulations
- Monitor cash flow, investments, and fund management activities
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Lead and manage the accounts and finance team
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management
- Control financial risks and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee payroll processing and financial reporting systems
- Support business expansion and strategic planning activities
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, and finance
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in ERP, Tally, MS Excel, and financial software
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in handling complete finance and accounts operations
- Ability to manage compliance and reporting independently
- Experience in manufacturing / corporate / industrial sector preferred
