Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the company’s financial operations, planning, budgeting, compliance, and financial strategy. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial risks, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting business growth through effective financial management. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with statutory laws, taxation, GST, TDS, audits, and financial regulations.
Monitor company cash flow, investments, and fund management.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, financial institutions, and government authorities.
Lead and manage the accounts and finance team.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Control costs and improve overall financial efficiency.
Oversee payroll, taxation, and financial reporting systems. balance sheet.
Support management in business expansion, investments, and decision-making. Required Skills:

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
