Role Description
KTS Management is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day operational coordination and administrative management across multiple business entities. This is a hybrid position based in North Jersey, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. This role involves supporting leadership through operational coordination, financial and administrative organization, internal communication, reporting, and project follow-through across various departments and business functions.
The position requires a proactive individual who can assist in maintaining organizational structure, tracking operational workflows, coordinating ongoing initiatives, and ensuring efficient communication between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support daily business operations and back-office coordination across multiple entities
- Track projects, operational priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, summaries, and organizational documents
- Assist with bookkeeping support, financial tracking, and bank statement organization
- Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and internal systems to support reporting and operational management
- Draft professional correspondence, internal communications, and business documents
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, municipalities, and external partners as needed
- Assist leadership with administrative and operational workflow management
- Maintain organization across documentation, reporting systems, and business processes
- Provide operational support for ongoing projects, initiatives, and business needs
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in operations, business coordination, administrative management, accounting support, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping systems required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field preferred
Position Details
