About the Role
We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to oversee business operations, delivery execution, team coordination, and client communication.
This role is responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently, processes are followed, deadlines are met, and teams remain aligned across ongoing workstreams.
You will work closely with leadership and act as the operational owner across delivery, reporting, SOPs, internal communication, and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Business Management
- Maintain visibility across active projects, timelines, and team deliverables
- Identify operational risks early and implement solutions proactively
- Track execution quality and ensure deadlines are met consistently
- Conduct operational reviews and monitor business health metrics
SOP & Process Management
- Build, improve, and enforce SOPs across teams and workflows
- Standardise onboarding, reporting, communication, and delivery processes
- Train teams on operational best practices and process adherence
- Continuously improve systems and eliminate repeat issues
Project & Delivery Oversight
- Ensure projects have clear owners, timelines, and accountability
- Run delivery check-ins and resolve blockers proactively
- Track project progress through operational systems and dashboards
- Ensure all tasks and updates remain current and accurate
Client & Internal Communication
- Manage client updates and maintain proactive communication
- Handle escalations professionally and maintain service quality
- Prepare meeting summaries, follow-ups, and action tracking
- Consolidate internal updates for leadership review
Team & Performance Management
- Monitor team productivity, attendance, and workload planning
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance discussions
- Identify capability gaps and drive process improvements
- Support a high-accountability and ownership culture
