Trading with Diana, LLC is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations, long-term financial planning, investment oversight, and corporate growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead and oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, treasury management, budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting;
* Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
* Provide financial leadership and support to facilitate investment activities, trading operations, and business expansion;
* Manage corporate cash flow, liquidity planning, and capital allocation;
* Analyze market trends, investment opportunities, and potential financial risks;
* Ensure strict compliance with all applicable financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards;
* Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the senior management team and stakeholders;
* Lead financial audits, internal controls, and risk management initiatives;

* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration;
* MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred;
* Minimum of 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience;
* Proven track record serving as a CFO (Chief Financial Officer), Financial Director, VP of Finance, or Senior Financial Executive;
* Deep background in financial services, investment management, trading operations, FinTech, or capital markets;
* In-depth understanding of corporate finance, financial modeling, risk management, and investment strategies;
Experience managing large-scale budgets and financial operations;
Proficiency in U.S. financial regulations, compliance standards, and tax systems;
