BABLE Smart Cities is the Facilitator for Smart Cities in Europe, born as a spin-off from Fraunhofer Research Society. With over a decade of experience in the field, we provide practical insights gained by practitioners, for practitioners.

Internship Opportunity
We are excited to offer an internship opportunity within our Growth & Revenue Operations team. As an intern, you will support the optimisation of internal growth processes, AI-driven workflows, CRM operations, and digital business development initiatives.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to improving operational efficiency, lead management processes, and digital customer journeys.
What You Will Do
You will support the Growth & Revenue Operations team in enhancing internal workflows and business processes using AI-powered tools and automation.
You will assist with CRM management and contribute to maintaining and improving data quality and sales processes within HubSpot.
You will support the optimisation of website flows and digital touchpoints to improve user engagement and conversion processes.
You will conduct market and business research to identify new growth opportunities, trends, and operational improvements.
You will collaborate with internal teams on lead generation and pipeline support activities using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and AI-driven platforms.
You will support the implementation and testing of operational tools and systems to improve productivity and scalability across teams.
What We Expect From You

Your Profile
A mandatory internship as part of your studies or professional development
A native or professional level of English in both written and spoken communication is required
Current studies or practical experience in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, Management, Data Analytics, Digital Business, Information Systems, or related fields would be an advantage
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot is considered a strong plus
Experience or exposure to tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, KomboAI, or workflow automation platforms would be beneficial
Interest in digital growth, operational excellence, and AI-driven business transformation
Excellent command of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
