As a Segment GTM Manager, you will develop data‑driven go‑to‑market plans for your segment, covering segmentation, value propositions, commercial plays and on‑net optimisation to drive acquisition, retention and revenue growth. Reporting to the Head of Segment GTM, this senior individual‑contributor role works cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations to translate insight into measurable pipeline and commercial outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing Day-to-day
- Segment Strategy & GTM execution: define the commercial approach for your assigned segment, translate customer, marketing and competitive insights into actionable sales plays, collaborate with Analytics team to integrate predictive analytics into GTM plays, collaborate with Sales Operations team to ensure smooth execution of plays, and provide input into annual segmentation design based on data driven insights
- Design and maintain a detailed playbook for segment acquisition, retention and upsell initiatives, including monitoring performance of segment plays and make iterative adjustments in collaboration with Analytics and Sales
- Prepare segment insights for MBRs/QBRs, highlight key gaps, performance drivers and actions plans
- Serve as the key liaison between Segment Sales, Analytics, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on initiatives.
What You’ll Bring To This Role
- 5-10 years in commercial strategy, revenue management, GTM planning
- Experience in B2B sales, multi segment GTM execution, ideally in telecommunications or technology
- Track record of driving revenue outcomes through strategic plays or campaigns
- Experience working closely with analytics/data science teams to interpret insights and inform actions
- Exposure to sales operations/incentive programs, highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional stakeholders and initiatives end to end.
