Yaz Associates is looking for a dynamic and energetic CFO/VP Finance to join very exciting and fast expanding SaaS scale up technology company.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on CFO/VP of Finance to
build out a best-in-class finance function, implement SaaS metrics and KPI’s,
build out forecasting models and a 3-5 year strategic plan. There will likely
be additional funding rounds in which the CFO is expected to take the lead,
securing further growth capital for their international expansion.
We are looking for someone who will need to drive a business
partnering culture providing the CEO, CRO and CGO with insightful analysis to
enable informed strategic decision making.
With entities expanding in the US & Europe will be required to ensure strong corporate governance is in place across the business whilst evaluating further growth opportunities in those geographies.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with working in a multi-faceted matrix environment.·
- Team leadership/management skills required.·
- Financial Management: Planning, Analysis, and Forecasting.
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders·
- Treasury & Cash Management.·
- German Accounting & GAAP software recognition expertise.
Qualifications:
- MA or equivalent in Finance, CPA and/or MBA.
- ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
- >7+ years of experience as an executive in a SaaS software company.
- Proven track record at raising funds through traditional and non-traditional avenues.
- Previous experience of working in private equity owned businesses is desirable.
- Experience in handling capital raising, acquisitions and
- Solid GAAP and financial reporting technical skills.
- Plan, implement and manage investment strategies.
- Track and ensure cash flow is appropriate and sustainable.·
- Plan and perform risk management duties.
- MUST BE BERLIN Based.
- Fluent German preferred.
