Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate should be CA qualified with strong leadership skills and proven experience as a CFO.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage company accounts, audits, taxation, and compliance
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance
- Prepare financial reports and present insights to management
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Develop financial strategies to support business growth
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
Requirements
- CA Qualification is Mandatory
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as CFO
- Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance
- Excellent leadership and analytical skills
- Experience in retail or related industry is preferred
