About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ to support and optimize a fast-paced SaaS revenue organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex business environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and can bridge technical solutions with business process improvements across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Operations.

Responsibilities
Salesforce CPQ Administration & Optimization
- Administer, configure, and optimize Salesforce CPQ, including:
- Product catalog management
- Pricing rules
- Quote templates
- Approvals
- Renewals and amendments
- Subscription management
- Contracting workflows
- Partner with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Sales leadership to improve quote-to-cash processes.
- Support complex SaaS pricing models, usage-based billing scenarios, and recurring revenue processes.
- Build and maintain scalable automation using Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and declarative tools.
- Troubleshoot CPQ performance issues, routing logic, integrations, and workflow bottlenecks.
Business Process & Systems Management
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while identifying downstream impacts and dependencies.
- Drive operational improvements across Salesforce and adjacent business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and manage competing deadlines.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, data quality, and compliance standards.
- Participate in UAT planning, testing coordination, release validation, and deployment activities.
Release Management & Documentation
- Maintain strong change management and release discipline using tools such as Copado and OwnBackup.
- Develop and manage reusable test cases, documentation libraries, and implementation standards.
- Validate requirements thoroughly before deployment and proactively identify ambiguities or business logic gaps.
- Support production deployments, metadata versioning, rollback planning, and post-release validation.
Innovation & Continuous Learning
- Stay current on Salesforce platform innovations including AI capabilities, Agentforce, Data Cloud, and emerging automation technologies.
- Quickly learn new tools, systems, and business processes as organizational needs evolve.
- Contribute ideas for automation, scalability, and operational efficiency improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ administration experience in a SaaS environment.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes, SaaS subscription models, and recurring revenue operations.
- Expertise with Salesforce declarative automation tools including Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and security models.
- Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to solution accuracy and business alignment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification.
- Experience with Copado, OwnBackup, and release management best practices.
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, AI capabilities, or orchestration tools.
- Experience working in high-growth SaaS or subscription-based businesses.
- Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and middleware platforms.
