Those in deal strategy at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your work will involve analysing market trends, assessing business opportunities, and developing strategic frameworks to guide clients in making informed decisions regarding their deals. You will help clients navigate complex transactions, identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to maximise value and achieve their business objectives. Working in this area, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients in formulating and executing effective strategies to optimise outcomes in their deal-making processes.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy experience focused on Tech cost Take-Out & Value Realization and AI Strategy.
- Candidate must have MBA from IIMA/B/C/ISB/SPJIMR and earlier consulting experience from MBB, Deloitte, Kearney
- Understandstechnologyshifts,have led conversations with CXOs to drive technology strategy agenda focused on Tech investments, portfolio optimization (App, Vendor, project), Architecture/Integration Strategy and large-scale tech transformation narratives.
- Have led sales conversations and shaped key accounts for proactive pitches around Tech, Digital and AI.
- Strong skills and understanding of Operating Model, CIO Vison and Digital roadmap, Organization Strategy for CIO function.
- Deep understanding of Sourcing Strategy & advisory, Value chain penetration, process Optimization and entity growth strategy.
- Candidate must have led teams to delivery highly impactful strategy engagements focused on tech and Digital
- Good understanding and knowledge of AI, agentic orchestration, AI Governance, AI use cases for primary industries like banking, healthcare, retail & life sciences.
- Have hands on knowledge in creating agents, optimizing tokens, designing Frugal AI framework to manage AI cost and lead conversations on AI Operating Model and AI Value Framework.
