Team Introduction
Global Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new sellers - coordinating documentation, account setup, and first-mile activation across markets.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding queries from sellers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline tracker across brand accounts and markets.
- Support preparation of weekly meetings - compiling data, formatting decks, and flagging key trends.
- Track KPIs across the portfolio and escalate risks or delays to the team lead.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on follow-ups and action items.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Finance, Sales, Engineering, etc.
- Strong with spreadsheets and presentation tools (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Good communicator - written and verbal — with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Interest in e-commerce, platform business, or digital marketing is a strong plus.
- Prior exposure to CRM tools or sales tracking is a bonus but not mandatory.
- 4-6 months commitment.
