- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
Experience working with Apps and Gaming.
- Experience with Google App ads or performance products, with a deep and strong understanding of how our App products and attribution work.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change at scale, with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex cross-functional work programs end to end.
- Strong presentation skills, as well as the ability to write well and convey complex issues clearly.

- Identify and develop strategies and launch cross-functional business initiatives that deliver the APAC go-to-market strategy for the Apps ads business.
- Drive adoption of key products by influencing across teams to align resources and direction to equip sales specialists, sales communities, and pods across the organization with the skills and knowledge to drive activation of the Apps business in APAC.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment and execution for product activation programs and strategies.
- Drive complex/cross-functional projects and processes as a key contributor with limited guidance, and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of smaller projects.
- Serve as a subject matter expert with a thorough understanding of your business area.
