Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Conga/PROS Technical Architect with deep expertise in Conga CPQ/CLM (Apttus), PROS Smart CPQ, Salesforce development, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end CPQ solution architecture, technical delivery, pricing optimization, and stakeholder engagement for enterprise-scale revenue transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise combined with solution architecture leadership and client-facing consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design and own end-to-end CPQ architectures using:
- Conga CPQ (Apttus)
- PROS Smart CPQ
- Conduct discovery workshops with business stakeholders
- Define:
- Solution blueprints
- Data models
- Integration patterns
- Configuration standards
- Recommend optimal approaches balancing:
- Configuration

- Govern architecture and technical design decisions across delivery teams
Implementation & Technical Delivery
- Configure and customize:

- Document Generation
- Develop Salesforce components using:

Pricing & Revenue Optimization (PROS)
- Architect AI-driven pricing and revenue optimization solutions

- Translate pricing strategies into PROS workflows and algorithms
- Enable analytics dashboards for:
- Margin Management
- Sales Performance Monitoring
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Serve as primary technical lead for client engagements
- Mentor developers and consultants on CPQ best practices
- Support:
- Technical estimation
- Project planning
- Risk management
- Present technical solutions to executive stakeholders
- Support pre-sales activities including:
- RFP responses
- Solution demos
- Effort estimation
Quality, Governance & Testing
- Define QA standards and regression testing frameworks
- Lead UAT planning and execution
- Manage platform upgrades and technical debt
- Ensure compliance with:
- GDPR

- Security & audit standards
Required Experience
- 8+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience with:
- Conga CPQ (Apttus)
- OR PROS Smart CPQ
- 3+ years in Technical Architect / Solution Architect role
- Proven experience delivering large-scale CPQ implementations ($1M+ projects)
