Position Summary: The Chief Financial Officer provides leadership and oversight for the school’s financial management, human resources, business operations, and campus systems and processes. The role supports the President by delivering accurate financial insights, forecasting, and strategic recommendations, while ensuring the effective day-to-day functioning of North and South Campuses. This position's direct reports include: Business Manager, Financial Aid Director, Human Resources Coordinator, Director of Campus Operations, and Dining Services Director. Qualifications
- Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance management
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and providing strategic insights
- Experience in leadership roles with the ability to contribute to organizational strategy
- Thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree or CPA designation preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
