- Job Costing & Budgeting: Develop and track comprehensive budgets for individual construction projects, ensuring precise allocation of labor, materials, and overhead.
- Cash Flow Optimization: Manage complex payment cycles, ensure liquidity despite uneven billing milestones, and handle accounts receivable/payable efficiently.
- Risk & Contract Management: Assess the financial risks of project delays, cost overruns, and contractual disputes. Manage relationships with insurance providers and surety bonding companies.
- Financial Strategy & Reporting: Provide long-term forecasting, analyze margins, and deliver actionable insights to the executive team.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure strict adherence to tax regulations, accounting standards, and labor law
