What’s the job?
Lofty is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Sales Operations Administrator to serve as a core member of our Revenue Operations team. This role is the operational backbone of the sales organization — responsible for CRM integrity, reporting accuracy, and day-to-day operational execution. You’ll ensure clean data, support pipeline visibility, and act as a key connector between Sales, Finance, and leadership. You’ll also partner closely with the Director of Revenue Operations on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and system enhancements that drive efficiency and scalability across the business.
CRM & Data Management (HubSpot)
- Own data integrity and hygiene across all HubSpot sales pipelines.
- Audit, clean, and maintain accurate deal, contact, and company records on a recurring basis.
- Enforce pipeline stage standards and flag compliance issues.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and serve as Tier 1 support for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain CRM documentation, standards, and best practices.
Reporting & Analytics
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and sales performance.
- Deliver weekly pipeline summaries and POD-level performance snapshots.
- Support monthly commission data validation in partnership with Finance.
- Identify and flag data anomalies, attribution gaps, and inconsistencies.
Sales Team Enablement
- Serve as the go-to resource for sales systems and operational process questions.
- Support onboarding logistics, system access provisioning, and training coordination.
- Distribute process updates, policy changes, and enablement materials across teams.
Process & Documentation
- Own the RevOps SOP library — documentation, version control, and distribution.
- Maintain internal knowledge bases, shared drives, and resource repositories.
- Coordinate contract intake workflows (MSAs, agreements) in partnership with Finance.
- Support rollout of new tools, workflows, and AI-enabled process improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve scalability and accuracy.
Special Projects
- Partner with the Director of Revenue Operations on strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Own end-to-end execution of assigned projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product teams.
What’s the work location?
You’ll be based out of our stunning, light-filled headquarters in the Warehouse District of Downtown Phoenix—a 17,000-square-foot space designed for collaboration, creativity, and connection. During onboarding and training, you’ll work in-office five days a week to ramp up quickly and connect with your team. Once performance metrics are met, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule of four in-office days per week.
What’s the earning potential ($$$)?
First-year earnings? This role offers a competitive base salary range at $65,000 and a 20% bonus with opportunities for growth based on performance.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role.

- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high standard for data accuracy.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment, a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools or automation in a sales operations context, a plus.
- Experience with tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, or similar platforms, a plus.
- Exposure to sales compensation or commission tracking processes, a plus.
What does success look like?
