Position Overview
A Nasdaq-listed healthcare company is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to support the company’s next stage of global growth and capital market development.
The company operates within the medical technology and healthcare sector, with expanding international business operations and increasing focus on the US market. The CFO will play a critical role in leading public company finance operations, investor engagement, strategic financing activities, and capital markets communication.
This role requires a commercially minded finance leader with strong experience in healthcare or medical device industries, deep understanding of US public market requirements, and the ability to build trusted relationships with external investors and strategic stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead all finance, accounting, SEC reporting, audit, compliance, and public company financial operations
• Manage relationships with external investors, analysts, institutional shareholders, and investment banks
• Support capital markets activities including financing, fundraising, investor roadshows, and strategic transactions
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and global operational finance management
• Partner closely with executive leadership on growth strategy, international expansion, and operational scaling
• Ensure compliance with Nasdaq, SEC, US GAAP, SOX, and PCAOB requirements
• Support board reporting and communication with audit committees and external advisors
• Help strengthen the company’s US market presence and investor visibility
Preferred Qualifications
• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within healthcare, medical devices, biotech, life sciences, or related sectors
• Prior experience in a US-listed public company environment strongly preferred
• Strong network across healthcare investors, institutional funds, investment banks, and capital markets ecosystem
• Experience engaging directly with external investors and leading investor communications
• Familiarity with SEC reporting, public company governance, and US capital markets requirements
• Strategic mindset with ability to support both operational execution and long-term financing strategy
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a growth-stage environment
