Support the development and implementation of scalable controls across business systems to ensure pricing validity, order accuracy, and billing readiness.
-
Analyze operational workflows and recommend forward-thinking solutions that improve sales processes, support accurate revenue recognition, and reduce operational risk.
-
Partner with stakeholders to define business requirements, assess process impacts, and support change management for new tools, workflows, and system enhancements.
-
Prepare insights, reporting, and recommendations for leadership to support business decisions and operational improvements.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

-
Experience in business operations, sales operations, revenue operations, order management, billing operations, or a related analytical role.

-
Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of scalable operational solutions.
-
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, Billing, and Data teams.
-
Ability to translate business needs into clear process requirements, controls, and operational workflows.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes.
