The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the distributor and client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at OsteoCentric Technologies. This role will work to maintain long-term relationships with our sales team, distributor reps, hospitals and act as a liaison between our company and the field. This includes processing surgical charge sheets, customer purchase orders and handling all inventory requests. This position is required to work in our North Austin office.
In this role you will:
- Develop positive relationships with external customers and work to understand their needs.
- Establish rapport with sales and field reps to support recurring and new business.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to external customers in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide enhanced client experience.
- Communicate with a wide variety of people, including customers, colleagues, and key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of OsteoCentric Technologies product lines.
- Responsible for processing Sales Orders and collecting Purchase Orders from hospitals to release for invoicing.
- Managing field inventory to support the company’s growth in the form of Consignment orders, Loaner requests, Field Transfers and RMA’s.
- Work with our 3rd party logistics company to manage shipments and on time delivery to our external customers.
- Create and provide territory specific inventory data to help Area Sales Directors manage their customers.
- Manage all customer data within the ERP system including contact and shipping information, surgeon and hospital data, as well as updating customer price lists.
- Assist with field inventory audits.
- Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience in ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 360 preferred
- High level of knowledge working in Excel and data manipulation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, and
- At least 4 years of related experience required
- Experience working in an ISO 13485 and FDA compliant quality system
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Medical Device Fulfillment
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a rapidly scaling business
- Inventory/control management experience

Compensation: Starting from $65,000 per year, with additional quarterly bonus potential. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
