We are looking for Venture Partner - Go-To-Market to join Growth&Glory’s value creation team.
This is an opportunity for a C-calibre entrepreneurial professional with a backgrounda strong background in go-to-market strategy, commercial scaling, and revenue growth, looking to Growth&Glory's ventures in building and executing best-in-class GTM engines across markets.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advisory on go-to-market strategy, including market entry, positioning, pricing, and channel strategy.
- Act as a hands-on partner to founders, supporting the design and execution of scalable customer acquisition and revenue growth initiatives.
- Build and optimize GTM playbooks, including sales processes, funnel design, and customer lifecycle management.
- Support ventures in identifying and prioritizing target customer segments, refining value propositions, and achieving product-market fit.
- Drive commercial excellence by advising on sales structures, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
- Leverage your network to unlock distribution channels, strategic customers, and commercial partnerships.
- Design and deliver workshops on GTM strategy, sales enablement, and growth best practices.
- Develop high-quality commercial materials, including sales decks, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing assets.
- Stay close to market trends and emerging growth tactics, bringing actionable insights to portfolio companies.
Your Background
- 15+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, growth, or commercial leadership roles (e.g., CRO, VP Sales, Head of Growth, or similar).
- Strong track record of scaling revenue and building GTM functions in startups or high-growth environments.
- Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success as an integrated growth engine.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to both advise and execute alongside founders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a data-driven approach to growth.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with or advising multiple ventures is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling companies.
