- Partner on short/long range strategic planning and infrastructure buildout to support acquisitions and global expansion
- Lead forecasting and business analytics, KPIs, metrics and capital spending
- Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance
- Identify opportunities for working capital improvements
- Oversite and mentoring of BU Controllers and profit centers globally
- Partner with engineering and operations on product development, workforce utilization, capital expenditures, demand forecasting, and operational KPIs
- Team with sales on business development, account management, pricing, margin attainment, and forecasting
- Collaborate with engineering and operations on operating expenses, costs, and deliverables.
- Partner on continuous improvement (e.g., working capital improvements, automation initiatives, roll out of new technology)
- Be key liaison to outside counsel (e.g., customer contracts) and national CPA firm
- Own all treasury functions (e.g., debt structuring, cash management, insurance)
- Lead and groom a finance team of 10-12
REQUIREMENTS: BS/BA; CPA or MBA strongly desired. Seek 12+ years of business experience with last 3+ years as #1 financial leader in a B2B business model with international profit centers. Looking for a proactive and agile leader with a make-it happen personality. Local candidates will receive first attention.
REWARD: $300,000 to $350,000 DOE plus healthy bonus and lucrative long-term incentives.
