About the Role:
We're hiring a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Associate to be the operational backbone of our sales organization. You'll own the end-to-end sales pipeline, coordinate across our sales team, legal counsel, and leadership, and drive measurable revenue growth. This is a high-ownership, in-office role based out of our Seshadripuram office - ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of process, people, and performance, and who lives our values of Own It and Cut the Red Tape.
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Ownership
- Own and manage the entire sales pipeline, from inbound lead to closed deal
- Maintain deep, current knowledge of every active lead and opportunity across global markets (US, Europe, SEA, Oceania)
- Track pipeline health, flag bottlenecks, and keep deals moving
Sales Coordination
- Drive day-to-day coordination across all members of the sales team
- Align priorities, follow-ups, and handoffs so nothing slips through the cracks
- Act as the connective tissue between reps, founders, and supporting teams
Proposals & RFIs
- Prepare and support responses to RFIs and prospect questionnaires
- Build and maintain a reusable knowledge base of past responses to speed up future submissions
Legal Coordination
- Coordinate with legal counsel on sales responses, MSAs, EOR agreements, and contract language
- Ensure commitments and client-facing materials are reviewed and compliant before they go out
Revenue Growth & Closure
- Share ownership of overall revenue growth and deal closure
- Monitor key metrics and report on performance against targets
Outbound Activities
- Drive outbound prospecting and outreach to global companies looking to hire in India
- Help build and execute campaigns that expand the top of the funnel
What We're Looking For:
- 1–3 years in revenue operations, sales operations, business development, or a similar role (EOR, HR-tech, or B2B SaaS a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle many moving parts at once
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort with CRM tools and sales analytics
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you fix what's broken, no questions asked
- Bonus: experience with RFI/RFP processes or coordinating with legal teams
- Comfortable working full-time, in-office from Seshadripuram, Bengaluru
