Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a RevOps Specialist & GTM Engineer. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain revenue operations processes across marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure clean data, accurate reporting, and predictable pipeline. You will configure and optimize CRM and GTM tools, set up automation workflows, manage integrations, and build dashboards that provide clear visibility into funnel performance. You will collaborate closely with founders, GTM leaders, and campaign owners to translate business needs into scalable systems, playbooks, and processes. Day to day, you will analyze funnel metrics, run experiments to improve conversion, troubleshoot operational issues, and support outbound and inbound GTM motions with reliable infrastructure and tracking. You will also document processes, enable team members on tools and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of WeLaunch’s GTM operating system.
Qualifications
- Revenue operations and GTM systems skills, including experience designing end-to-end lead, opportunity, and pipeline workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success.
- CRM and tooling expertise, such as configuring and managing platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar, plus familiarity with sales engagement, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools.
- Data, analytics, and reporting skills, including building dashboards, defining KPIs, structuring datasets, and using tools like Excel/Sheets, BI tools, or native CRM reporting to support decision-making.
- Process design and optimization skills, with the ability to document workflows, standardize operating procedures, improve handoffs, and reduce operational friction across GTM teams.
- Technical and integration skills, such as working with APIs, no-code/low-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Make), and basic data hygiene practices to keep systems accurate and synchronized.
- Collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to work closely with founders, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to gather requirements and
